A techno-fabric which undergoes a brushing process aimed at increasing its insulation properties through the creation of a protective cushion. Its excellent breathability and an additional anti-bacteria treatment boost the natural evaporation of moisture, preventing the spreading of bacteria which may cause bad smell.

Pad "Mortirolo" Man/Woman
Created with multi-function fabrics, the leather contact surface of the pad is flat but the padding at different levels consists of an original structure called “Spacerknit” created with an innovative system of processing the three-dimensional thread. The result is a fabric with excellent thermoregulatory properties that absorbs shocks and adapts to body shapes such as traditional gels but thanks to its structure humidity is not retained and sweat is expelled quickly. The pad is entirely seamless, anatomic and elastic in order to facilitate movement, has a quick breathability, is easy to wash and dries quickly. Thanks to a particular treatment, the fabric prevents bacterial proliferation.
Gavia Pad Man/Woman
This range has been  developed with an open cell foam a multilayer 65 density (kg /m³) and 120 density (kg /m³) and a total thickness of 16mm which guarantee excellent protection during cycling. The first layer of 65 density and 4mm thickness guarantees a high elasticity of the product and a pleasant feeling of softness in contact with the body. The second layer of 120 density and 12mm thickness supports the cyclist in the extreme distances, ensuring excellent protection and comfort. The perforation of the foam with a 3mm holes, increase significantly the transpiration and passage of air in the pad, giving a pleasant feeling of freshness and allowing the chamois to dry in less time than other traditional products.
Pad "H" Man/Woman
Pad made up of a flat surface in contact with the skin and padding at different levels inside that provides greater protection where needed, guaranteeing softness and comfort. The structure consisting of a single piece is flexible, light and avoids the formation of folds. Made of microfiber polyester, it is designed to adapt to the contours of the body allowing for natural movement. "H" is produced with the high-frequency process that avoids hardening and damage caused by the high temperatures used in normal modeling processes. In order to guarantee permanent protection against bacteria, the fabric of the chamois is antibacterial.
MTB Trail Pad Man/Woman
MTB TRAIL MEN is the first MTB cycling pad with a multidirectional curvature, a technology that provides perfect fit; plain, fabric-only wings then give complete freedom of movement to the cyclist. MTB TRAIL MEN was developed for male anatomy, with a central channel improving blood flow and reducing pressure and numbness. In the ischiatic area, MTB Trail was reinforced with the Hybrid Cell System, a 200kg/m3 protection insert. Foams have smooth edges, so that the cyclist can experience great saddle stability; the Air Mapping concept and perforated foams, then, enhance breathability and dry-feeling even after extra long rides. The EIT ECO X-FIFTY top fabric, combines a special channel structure with the natural antistatic and bacteriostatic properties of the Carbonium thread. With the channel structure, the extremely soft and recycled polyamide helps collect, canalize and expel moisture. Rapid-drying and eco-friendly.
GRAVEL Pad "Carbon" Man/Woman
Seamless padding, made with the “skiving” technique that avoids the traditional step structures of the foams. Thanks to this particular production technique, friction at critical points is minimized, eliminating discomfort and redness. Skiving ensures superb well-being and an ergonomic fit to the rider’s body, the padded parts provide the correct support and maximum protection against impacts in specific anatomical areas, while the slimmer outer layers allow better anatomy and wearability (eliminating the effect diapers). The padding of the pad is made of RESISTEX® CARBON: Antistatic – Dissipative: because its special conductive fibers absorb and disperse the electrical charges produced and accumulated by the external environment or during physical activity. Breathable – Thermoregulator: accelerates the process of evaporation of perspiration, slows down the formation of moisture on the skin, keeps the temperature constant. Shielding: because it protects the body from the absorption of static energy, from electrosmog and from UV rays. Bacteriostatic: because it respects the skin and protects it from bacteria and polluting dust, eliminating the risk of annoying allergies. Performant: because during the physical activity the concentration of lactic acid decreases, improving the blood circulation and the oxygenation of the cells. In order to guarantee permanent protection against bacteria, the fabric is “Bioactive”, in fact, thanks to the silver ions incorporated in the wire, it prevents bacterial proliferation.
Stelvio Pad Man/Woman
Range developed for long distances. Composed with a high density 20 KPa open cell foam and a total thickness. of 16mm. The perforation of the foam with 3mm holes significantly increases transpiration and the passage of air in the pad, giving a pleasant sensation of freshness and allowing the insert to dry in less time than other traditional products. Bamboo microfiber fabric: 71% recycled PL, 17% Bamboo, 12% EA.
Child Pad

Range developed with multilayer open cell foams of 75 density (kg/m³) and 100 density (kg/m³) and a total thickness of 8mm which guarantee excellent protection during cycling. The first layer of 75 density and 4mm thickness guarantees a high elasticity of the product and a pleasant sensation of softness in contact with the body. The second layer of 100 density and 4mm thickness is a hydrophobic reticulated foam which, by not getting wet, allows you to pedal and then run freely without irritation / abrasion problems.

This combination of breathable foams supports the cyclist over extreme distances, ensuring excellent protection and comfort.

The hydrophobic foam significantly increases transpiration and the passage of air in the pad, giving a pleasant sensation of freshness and allowing the chamois to dry in less time than other traditional products.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

Shall send the selected and ordered products to the carrier/freight forwarder, thereby finalising delivery, to be transported to the customer at the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are set at 7/10 working days.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

8.1 Pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree No. 205/06, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in accordance with the terms and procedures provided below.

8.2 The consumer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the product purchased, by sending, within the aforementioned term, written notice of withdrawal (a) by registered letter with return receipt to the following address Pella Sportswear SRL, Via Genova 11 Valdengo (BI) or by fax (to the following number 015.8282463) or by e-mail to the following e-mail address (online@pellasportswear.com ), provided that such communication is confirmed within the following 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt referred to in point (a) above.

8.3 If the consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in point 8.2 above, the consumer must return the product no later than the fifteenth working day after receiving the product, by direct delivery or shipment to Pella Sportswear Srl via Genova 11 Valdengo (BI). All product return costs shall be borne by the consumer. All items must be returned and received by Pella Sportswear Srl, via Genova 11 Valdengo (BI), undamaged and in the same state in which they were received, with the original packaging. The garments must not have been used or damaged.

8.4 In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer foreseen in the previous points 8.2 and 8.3 have been respected, www.pellasportswear.com will refund the sale price net of shipping costs incurred, after deducting any costs related to the return incurred by www.pellasportswear.com.
