Cynar

Today Cynar is remembered by its distinctive Italian liquor produced from artichoke, but during the 1960’s Cynar was also globally recognised for its participation in cycling. The brand had its own very successful cycling team competing in the Giro d’Italia and in 1963 Team Cynar included 2 world champions: Vittoria Adorni and Ercole Baldini! The team kit is synonymous with excellence, and took part in several races across the Alps in Switzerland. Unsurprisingly, on many occasions, Cynar has graced the Giro d’Italia podium! Today Pella sportswear has revived this fantastic team clothing in both the original wool and modern day polyester versions. Do not miss the opportunity to make a leap back into the 60’s!
